Because of our coaching philosophy, we only offer one style of coaching: The Total Package.



The Total Package includes:

  • Fully customized training plan based on our coaching philosophy delivered via Google Sheet (spreadsheet) or PDF suitable for printing
  • Advice on cross-training, stretching and strength training to complement the training schedule
  • Unlimited training plan changes
  • Unlimited e-mail communication with coach
  • Workout feedback using the online platform of your choice (such as Garmin Connect, Strava, RunningAhead, etc.)


Price Structure

We set our pricing on a “per week” basis. That doesn’t mean payment is required each week, but rather we price the program per week so that you can let us know if you feel like you are getting your money’s worth. Customer satisfaction, along with getting you to the starting line of your goal race healthy, are our #1 priorities.



Current Pricing

Current pricing: $20/week, with a minimum time commitment to be determined during the initial client consultation.

Additionally, a one-time $25 new client fee applies.
